Jessica is a Springfield native, a graduate of Kickapoo High School and Missouri State University, where she earned a degree in Finance. She is a Registered Jeweler through the American Gem Society and an Applied Jewelry Professional through the Gemological Institute of America. Since joining Maxon in 2016, Jessica has earned recognition as one of the Springfield Business Journal’s Most Influential Women in 2018, a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2024, and a recipient of Biz 417’s 10 for the Next 10 in 2023. A dedicated advocate for the Springfield community, Jessica is actively involved in several local organizations, including the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Care to Learn, Junior League of Springfield, Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise, Foundation for Springfield Public Schools, Cattle Baron’s Ball, Springfield-Branson Airport Board of Directors, and is a former “Big” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. Jessica is also a proud co-owner of Float Trip Pickles, which was founded in 2011. In 2019, Jessica and her husband, Ryan, became co-owners of Maxon, and in February 2023, they proudly acquired the business in its entirety. Together with their two sons, David and Adam, they enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the Ozarks.

Caleb was born and raised in Springfield and graduated from Kickapoo High School. He began his career in sales in 2007 and transitioned into the jewelry industry in 2015. Caleb joined the Maxon Fine Jewelry team in 2021 as the office manager, where he brings his organizational skills to keep the business running smoothly. In his time away from work, Caleb enjoys spending quality time with his daughter. Together, they love watching movies, playing games, and building Lego creations.

Originally from Ukraine, Anton moved to the United States at the age of 19, eventually making his way to the Ozarks. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Bank Credits from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University in 2008. For 12 years, Anton worked in a Branson show, while also beginning in the jewelry industry in 2017. He joined the Maxon team in 2023, bringing his hardworking attitude and diverse background to the business. Outside of work, Anton invests in real estate, enjoys staying active through exercise, and is a true foodie, always on the lookout for his next culinary adventure. He is also a proud father to his son, and looks forward to their travel adventures.

Anton Popyk
Sales Professional
Megan is a native of the 417 area, growing up in Aurora, Missouri. After graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, she returned to Springfield in 2011. Megan joined the Maxon team in 2024 as Operations Strategist. With a background in financial services and professional organizing, she brings valuable expertise to the team in business development, project management, and strategic initiatives. Megan is an active member of the Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise and serves on the Leadership Springfield board of directors. She is also a Past President of the Rotaract Club of Springfield and has previously volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks and Rescue One. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending summers at Table Rock Lake with her dog, relaxing on the family farm, and exploring the vibrant live music scene in Springfield.

Operations Strategist
Dustin grew up in Shell Knob and graduated from Cassville High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management from Missouri State University. During his time at MSU, he was an active member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. While in college, Dustin began his career in the jewelry industry in 2000 and joined the Maxon team in 2020. He has a true passion for helping clients find their dream watches and creating custom rings using large, high-quality diamonds and gemstones. Outside of his professional work, Dustin is dedicated to giving back to the community as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks. He enjoys spending his free time on his boat at Table Rock Lake, riding his motorcycle, exploring trails on his UTV, and playing golf.

Kendra is originally from Pleasant Hope and graduated from Hillcrest High School. She began her jewelry career in 2002 and has been dedicated to the industry ever since. What she loves most about her job is helping people celebrate some of the happiest moments of their lives. Since joining the Maxon team in 2019, Kendra has been a natural leader, bringing both expertise and plenty of laughter to the team. She holds the Applied Jewelry Professional credential from the Gemological Institute of America and the Certified Sales Associate designation from the American Gem Society, reflecting her commitment to excellence in the jewelry industry. An animal lover, Kendra enjoys spending her free time at the lake or spoiling her nieces. She also has a beloved cat named Kittens, who is always by her side.

Kendra Claxton
Operations Manager
Jay is from Springfield and graduated from Kickapoo High School. He began his career in the jewelry industry in 1988 and has been a valued member of the Maxon team since 1997. As a master goldsmith, Jay brings decades of expertise and craftsmanship to his work. Outside of his professional life, Jay enjoys staying active by exercising, traveling and enjoying wine with his girlfriend. He also has a fascination with watching lightning and enjoys the beach whenever he can. Jay is a proud father of two sons and a grandfather to seven grandchildren, who bring great joy to his life.

Grace grew up in Columbia and graduated from Rockbridge High School before earning her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. She joined the Maxon team in 2023, where she handles the company’s social media efforts, using her creativity and technical skills to enhance the brand’s online presence. With an eye for photography, Grace loves capturing #MaxonMoments and expressing creativity through the lens. Outside of work, she is a member of the Rotaract Club of Springfield and has a deep love for animals - especially her dog, and she enjoys playing video games in her free time. Grace also cherishes spending time with her four nephews, creating lasting memories with them.

Morgan grew up in Strafford and graduated from Strafford High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Southwest Baptist University. She worked at Maxon from 2017 to 2020, playing a key role in the transition to the new Maxon building and the company’s rebrand in 2018. In addition to her work at Maxon, Morgan is a licensed real estate agent and co-owner of Belamor Weddings + Events, where she combines her business acumen with her entrepreneurial spirit. In 2024, Morgan returned to Maxon to assist with high-demand periods and special events. Married to Blake Boyd, Morgan is a proud mother to one son. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with her church, Freeway Ministries, and the Realtor Association.
